I'm not sure what the question is here, but at a guess, I think it's about different project keys in the same project.

Short answer is no. A Jira project has a key. One key, one project. Issues within the project then take that key as the first half of their identifier, and a second unique counter-generated number as the second half of their identifier.

That's it. You can't mess wth that structure without re-writing swathes of core Jira.
