forgot password for jira

I forgot my password and cannot login JIRA installed version.

I tried to send password change link to my email address, but cannot receive any mail.

I guess the reason is I installed JIRA in my laptop and didn't set any SMTP server.

 

How can I access JIRA?? with new password?
