filter search issues with changed Start date

I would like to make a query that gives me a list of issues where the start date has been changed compared to the original one. So current start date on the ticket does not equal initial start date.
I've tried with different opperators and functions without any succes.

Do you have an idea how I could make this filter, or is it just not possible?
