I am building a filter and need a column to show the Issue Type for the ticket. Neither 'Type' nor Issue Type' are available as options for this. How do I create this column for the filter?
Type is there in the default layout, so it's not offered to you in the list, as you already have it.
However, it only shows you the issue icon, so it ends up as a narrow column (not a bad thing, as the navigator is usually short of space). You need code to change it to the text (and that will be wide too)
