please help to start up jira.
Thanks
Hi Saifur,
I have solved a similar problem. JIRA Install and JIRA Home must have the owner of the user jira, not root.
Please do:
chown jira:jira -R /opt/atlassian/jira/
chown jira:jira -R /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/
Run again ./start-jira.sh
Or please provide the latest error message from the JIRA log.
Best Regards
Pavel

Hi Saifur,
I do not see any error in your log:

This is a normal log at startup JIRA.
Start JIRA takes some time. If you let JIRA run for some time, does an error appear in the log?
Does a GUI error occur (a problem visible in a web browser)?
Please look at the catalina logo.out, which is in the <<JIRA Install folder>> /logs/catalina.out
Maybe an article can help Troubleshooting JIRA Startup Failed Error
Thanks
Pavel

Hi,
Thank you for providing more detailed information. Based on this, it looks like a memory allocation problem for JVM.
Please see the article JIRA Crashes due to Insufficient Memory for JRE to Continue.
Please, let me know

OK,
A similar case has been dealt with in this thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Install-Jira-on-server-error-Cannot-allocate-memory/qaq-p/504424
Please look at Justin Alex's reply [ServiceRocket], referring to the setup manual.
Thank's
