Dear,

i'm not able to export the issues in a normal excel format, it only propose a csv file. how can i cahnge this

Hi,

You can export issues to Excel using Xporter for JIRA. It allows you to create custom documents.

In 7.1+ they removed the excel option. You can use the csv option, or in later releases they provided an HTML option that is even better.
