Yes, it does it.

Lacking an amount of information, but yes: You can do csv export of results in JIRA that can be opened in Excel as a comma separated file.

Well, actually, no, not CSV. You get a block of xml that says "I'm a spreadsheet" and Excel can open it.

Although you haven't detailed your requirements, this plugin should meet any requirements due to its flexibility: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.midori.jira.plugin.betterexcel
