error: JIRA server to cloud migration

I want to migrate JIRA Server data to JIRA Cloud. But the following problem occur during external system import. No other tabs are working except user management tab.error.png

It says to create a support ticket. Did you try doing that? Only Atlassian staff have access to those systems.
