in my organization we requires to create a end user who could see other tickets with in project. only this user could see other users ticket whereas all of other end users could see only ticket that created them self.
how can i achieve this
The easiest way to do that is to enable and use "Reporter Browse" permission - see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira064/current-reporter-browse-project-permission-720415972.html (Yes, this is for version 6, but it is valid.
