email this issue doesnt work

dear all

im working with JETI for JIRA Service Desk; i've configured all as indicated to get a customized notification when someone comment or udapte on an issue however only receive the default template.

when i test the template, it shows correctly, however JIRA only sent the default notif2.JPGcontext.JPGnotif1.JPGtemplate.JPGtemplate

woudl you pls give me a hint about it.

Is your project really Inciden tReport System ? (note the space, or is that your test project?)

 

When I have JETI issues I usually find something  wrong with a context or a JQL statement.  Dial those back a bit and confirm it's working and then reapply is how I generally resolve issues like this.
