Our JIRA service desk project has not had tickets generated from email requests since Friday September 09.
I can also confirm that another dept within our company that uses Service desk, also has not had tickets created since Friday September 09.
Have you checked the configuration of your service desk mail handler? You'll need to check that is correct first, then go to https://support.atlassian.com for more help (as the next step is email debugging, which you can't really do as an end-user on Cloud)
