email notification for bug update not received

When a bug is updated, I expect to see an email notification in my inbox since the email server is configured. I did not receive the notification.

I checked the mail log and did not see any issue.

I tried "Send Test email" option from mail server settings and did receive the test email.

Where else can I check? Any suggestions?

Have you got "email me on my changes" turned off in your profile?

Have you checked the notification scheme and workflow events to make sure you are definitely set up to get the notification?

You need to configure your project with a notification scheme and make sure the notifications are sent to the appropriate people (Reporter, Assignee, Watchers etc).
