eazybi - Can't start

Hello,

After I installed the eazybi plugin 4.5.2 on jira 7.81,I couldn't be able to start it.I got an error message as below:

Could you check Jira encoding (Jira Administration / System / Troubleshooting & Support / System Info / System Encoding)?

If encoding is different than UTF-8 please try the following suggestion
