eMail notifications for JIRA admins

How can I disable email notifications for JIRA system admins? I want to continue receiving email notifications established at the project level (i.e. issue assigned to me, tagged in a comment, etc). However, I do not want to receive email notifications for any and all issue updates in JIRA.

Hello,

Notification schemes for each project define who will recieve notifications on issue events. You need to check the notification scheme for each project and make sure that you are not defined for the events for which you do not want to receive notifications.
