display of sub-task on parent task page

Mike May 2, 2012

just upgraded to Jira 4.4. Now, for at least one project, the sub-tasks do not display on the parent task page; but for other projects, they do... Is there some project attribute that controls this?

You need to have subtasks for the particular project as part of the issue type scheme associated with that project.

the sub-task is included in the issue type scheme

Yes, have created sub-tasks, both manually and via scripting. This is a new problem with 4.4; the sub-tasks did display correctly in the prior version of Jira (3. something)

You mean, you can create the subtasks but they are not displayed on the view parent issue page?
