I want to disable or make default so that when someone in an organization sends a request in, everyone in the organization doesn't get an email notification. I know they can manually change it, but I want it to either not be there at all, or default to private.
I have tried to disable it through Project Settings>Customer Notifications>Organization added (disabled)
yet that hasn't worked. Is there a step I'm missing or the setting haven't been saved and implemented?
We werent able to get it to work without hitting the entire Org as well. We ended up getting rid of the Orgs due to user complaints of spam mail.
