disable login page from jira

We have external facing JIRA application, is there any way we can disable login page from JIRA instance?

External users access JIRA thru custom SSO Authenticator, logout sends request back to SSO home page.

I cannot remove login gadget from jpm.xml, as we still need login to JIRA internal admin account for any administrative tasks

If we disable login, can we still login as admin? In other words we have JIRA running in ports, one SSL port is used by external user where login page should be disabled. And Non SSL port should be available only for internal users to login as JIRA admin for any support issues where login page should be enabled.
