developing an interface for end users providing feedback

When I post comments, questions with community.atlassian.com or support site, I am actually generating jira issues, correct ?

So there must be a way to create a site for users who have no idea what is running behind scenes based on jira software ?

imagining our feedback site, collecting the issues and automatically login one project defined in our jira software, any experience to share or story to tell ?  I am all yours :-)

No.  Community is forum software, not an issue tracker.

Https://support.atlassian.com is a Jira issue tracker, with Service Desk, so you're raising "requests", which are a front-end for issues.

I'd suggest using Service Desk if you want to catch user issues.
