Is it possible to add some fields over the particular issue type view:

example,

1. Issue type => "New Feature"

2. Issue created successfully.

3. Over the issue screen, need to have following fields appear where user can do the entry:

"Expected Result" (as a text field) "Actual Result" (As a text field").

Please let me know how it could be possible ?

Another option would,
On some of transition screen, include - input as above fields and make appear those fields over the issue screen with populate data.
(So, instead of going to "Edit" issue and see the details, user can see over the issue screen only).

please provide some way to achieve this.

Thank you

Well you would need to specify the field behavior with your issue type (see here).

Then add the fields to your Screens (Create, Edit View or into some of your transition screens)

Hope that helps

Is it possible to add multiple times,

example: user can click add multiple rows, one for "expected result", "actual result", second rolw .... , thrid row.. multiple rows to add.

Not quite sure what you mean.

You want to add multiple lines (entries) in your field "Expected Results"?

If so, you could use a Free Text Field.
