date and time format error while importing in ontrak

I have created a csv file that i am trying to upload however getting the date and time format error for one of the filed. I tried many combination but not sure which one is the system looking for. Attaching the screenshot.

javascript format : %e/%b/%y %I:%M %p

java format : dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

Jira uses the above formats by default.

Also go through known issues for date-time picker fields when importing a csv file

i have to use d/m/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM
