Achieving what I need is simple if I get a web server and a DB. However, my options are limited and need to find an answer with confluence.
Appreciate if you can share some sample code or point me to some tutorial that can help.

I am new to confluence and unable figure out if confluence can be an option for my requirement.
I have couple of users with some user specific details and qualifications in two tables.

Have read about "scaffolding and reporting" and page Templates. but not really confident and can’t get hold with only few hours of exposure to confluence. . Alternatively,
can I get the list of users with links to their specific pages displaying above information.
