customise customer portal "Select a system (optional)"

Hello,

 

how can I customize the values for drop down field "" in customer Portal by open a new request.

That looks like it has been set up as a plain text field, rather than a select list.  You should be able to configure it in the project -> portal settings, but I suspect you'll probably want a different field, one with a list of systems in it.

Ok, you will need to talk to your administrators to get that updated.

Admin -> custom fields

I'm unable to see that in custom fields or field configurations.
