incorporate a customfield to the body of the email when issue is close to be filled out by the reporter after the issue is closed. the reporter can fill the customfield through email to send it to JIRA.
v6.1.2
That look like half of a statement of a requirement - could you give us full context?
(Although, I suspect the answer is "you'll need to write your own email handler to parse incoming emails for the field, or find one that can do it for you, such as JEMH")
NIC, thanks for your fast response but I was looking for any solution that can be done without cost. allready used or used the JEMH
i am looking this link https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/jira-architecture/jira-templates-and-jsps/adding-custom-fields-to-email but i have confusion to do with only one project

You didn't mention that before.
That'll go back to the "you'll need to write" bit, because you will need to do some coding. The document you've found is about customising the outgoing emails, but your partial specification suggests you want to be looking at incoming email, which needs an email handler - see https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/guides/email/tutorial-custom-message-mail-handler-for-jira
