Hello
I have enabled Customer Survey, modified the survey question but the "resolved" email does not contain rating stars.
I tried in different projects but it makes no difference.
Any ideas?
I find out why!
It is because we use Statuses to mark ticket as resolved and not Resolutions (prefixed JIRA answers)
