customer survey email arrives without rating stars

Hello 

I have enabled Customer Survey, modified the survey question but the "resolved" email does not contain rating stars.
I tried in different projects but it makes no difference. 

JIRA v1000.621.5

JIRA Service Desk Application v3.3.0-OD-1000.745.0

Any ideas?

I find out why!

It is because we use Statuses to mark ticket as resolved and not Resolutions (prefixed JIRA answers)

How to fix :

  1. Go to System / Issue Types / Resolutions, add some Resolutions (if you do not already have ) like Fixed Or Won't Fix.  
  2. Add the Resolution field to your screen
  3. Resolve the Issue
