custom hierarchy issue types not loading in portfolio

Hi there,

I have created a JIRA project (Product Strategy) with 2 custom issue types:

Big Rock

I then have tagged Theme with the associated Big Rock via Parent Link and Epics with the associated Theme.

In Portfolio Administration, I set the two new hierarchies so that the new hierarchy is:

Big Rock

I included the Product Strategy board as source the my plan, but none of the Big Rocks and Themes are coming through.  Not automated via Parent Link and when I view the plan at the Epic level, no themes are available to tag (the list is empty). I have tried using the Product Strategy project (vs. board) with no different result.

Why aren't the custom issue type details coming through??

Thank you for your help,

Hey Karey,

Thanks for providing detail on your issue. From the process you've described the Big rocks and Themes should be available in your plan. We're not able to figure out why this is happening from the information provided.

Could you please create a support request here so our devs can investigate and track your issue?:

Thank you,
