currently we are having jira version of 7.2.1 do we need to upgrade to the latest version?

we have installed 7.2.1 version of jira software, we need to know whether we have to update to a latest version or not.

and also needed for all bitbucket, crucible and crowd applications

Its always best to upgrade to the latest enterprise version to be on the safest tire. It might not be the latest version but it will be the most stable with respect to fixes and support from Atlassian.
