Our project intake process requires users to create a project request (Issue Type). Once that request is approved we want to create a new Project for it. Is there is a way to create a new Project from an Issue? We don't want our PMs to have to re-key information. This would be very helpful. Thanks!
Not out of the box. The only way I can see that working would be if you only allowed it to create a limited predefined set of project types. There may be a plugin for that, but make sure it is supported or you could be in for a lot of work when upgrading JIRA
