crashing during Reindexing

Hi, after migrating from our Jira 4.1.2 instance to Jira 5.2 I get the following stack trace when re-indexing. The issue seems to be identical to #JRA-28881.

This error was displayed on the browser:

Hi there,

I suspect the problem is cause by third party plugin. To confirm that please try enable the plugin safe mode in User Plugin Installed. If you notice this feature is not available in your JIRA instance.

Please check the plugin version manually whether is compatible with your JIRA instance via Administration > Plugins. For reference, kindly visit https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ to check the version.
