copy records from JIRA v6.4.9 to JIRA v1000.695.3

Is there an easy way to copy records from (our old system) JIRA v6.4.9 to (our new system) JIRA v1000.695.3?

Please note I am not the admin for our system - just doing high level research.

Hi, it depends on the state of the old jira.

If the old jira has custom plugins not supported by JIRA cloud there's no easy or standard way.

If its an standard JIRA installation it is very easy:
