is there any way to see contact info for customers in ticket like phone number, which company, e-mail?
At moment you could only see the disply-name of the person nothing else in ticket. And we could not insert the phone-number in master data for customer. The no field for this, only Fields for user-name, display-name, e-mail.

But, if you want their info, they'll need some fields during the ticket creation.
For this, you must create specific screen.
