We have a queue status and I would like to receive a mail only if this queue has more than N issues , 

How can I achieve it ?

Sounds like @Oded Priva wants to extend the "email filter results even if empty" option to "email filter results only if results count is greater than N".

Can you expand on the question a bit? What do you mean "queue", filter results?
