In JIRA service desk cloud version - how can I make a report to show due date vs create date. For example if a user is required to give me 5 weeks advance notice and they log ticket today (7/21) with a due date of 8/1/15. I want to be able to generate report showing the proper notice was not given (I plan to set SLA as 5 weeks).
Hmm... could create a custom field with a value of 1 week 2 week 3 week etc and create sla's based on those custom fields in the jql section and if they pass the sla I assume they didn't give you enough notice.. If I have that logic right. ..
