comment needed for status change

Hi,

how can I set up, that a comment is needed mandatory if someone wants to set an issue to 'waiting for customer'? When you want to change the status, there's a chance to add a comment, but it's voluntary. I want it to be mandatory for the 'waiting for customer' status.

I suggest you use JSU plugin and add required validator for workklow transition on the comment field.
