hello, is there a way how to force csat to be filled up before ticket can be closed? I know you can send survey after but is there a way in JIRA to "force" customer to simply click on 1-5 stars regarding their satisfaction while ticket is being closed? Thanks

Is the option for the satisfaction score you mentioned here a custom field? Or a satisfaction survey plugin?
If it is just a custom field, consider displaying this field on the closed screeen and setting it as required.
