coding sample of any customization you have done (existing or you can create new) which is non-native of JIRA. They would prefer scripting in Groovy or JavaScript but if your expertise is in any other scripting you can do that.

There are loads of examples in the documentation for the script runner and other plugins that allow you to inject scripts.  I'd start with a look at them, they're better than anything random I could scribble, and if you actually have a need for a specific function, you'll find it easier to search for solutions for that need.
