I am trying to figure out a method for calculating the average time of Jira tickets/issues being opened to closed by department and displaying it in a line graph (ideally) on our confluence page. I am pursuing an external REST/Google Visualization but feel there should be a simpler implementation Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
