change number of transitions on edit screen?

Is there an equivalent to the opsbar-transitions property for JIRA Cloud?     Developers new to JIRA don't always undertsand that they can click on the Workflow button to see additional status transitions, so I'd like to make all transitions visible by default.

It's the same setting, but obviously, you can't get to it yourself.

You can raise this with https://support.atlassian.com and get it changed to a number that suits you (or at least, you could.  It's been a while since I last asked)
