cant see add-on settings

i uploaded add-on of service desk to my JIRA server and there is no manu to configure it in the add-ons page, all i can do is uninstall or disable it and no more options.

The options for Service Desk are devolved into the admin menus, there's no single "configure add-on".  Most of them are actually done by project too, so you'd need to create a Service Desk project and look in the admin settings for that.
