cant get the reports from tempo!

Hi,

Our problem is that we cant get the reports from Jira in the way we want them to be .

What we want is basically;

- How many issues do team leaders and developers have ? (workload pie doesn't show any data and pie chart doesnt categorize issues, only shows 'none' )

- How many of them are resolved in daily basis?

- And the time estimated times that a developer spends on an issues.

Currently we use Tempo as well but we cant seem to use it efficiently. Plus the Can you help me with that?

Hello Aycan,

To track down how many issues team leaders and developers have I believe you can use the User Workload Report.

To find out how many issues are resolved in daily basis, I believe the Created vs Resolved Issues Report might suit your needs.

As for the time developers spend on an issue, I think the JIRA Timesheet Report can help, as it displays users worked time sheet over a specified period.
