Twicely strange thing - i've created our JIRA account https://reilzjira.atlassian.net/ and can't reach our account.
Ok, so you've worked out that you have another account that was used.
We're not support, we can't change things for you, we're end-users like yourself. You'll need to ask https://support.atlassian.com to change the email addresses.

I've found, that the issue may be caused by this mistake
When i just enrolled an account i used support@only*p*property.com - probably!
instead of support@onlyproperty.com
how i found it → chrome form suggestion

then i tested Remind password feature, and it looks jira cloud system know this email

Now i'm trying to access with support@onlypproperty.com (using password), jira says - `yes, i know you, but please verify your email`
For sure, it's impossible, we don't own such domain, and it's free to be registered

So i ask you to make this correction → change administrative email from support@onlyp*p*roperty.com to support@onlyproperty.com

I've tested with my temporary account, and i don't have any trouble to add billing details.
But when i trying to access our TEAM jira domain with support@onlypproperty.com i can't see any licences

Yes, that's because you haven't got any licences in the onlypproperty one. You need to log in with the user who set up reilzjira
