can't add issues to project issuetype scheme

AM May 3, 2016

Hi,

I'm trying to add sub-task issue to a project by moving it to "Issue Types for Current Scheme". For some reason I can't move any issue to "Issue Types for Current Scheme" or use the command "remove all" or "edit all". When I preform one of those action nothing happens. I'm able to see all issues in Default Issue Type Scheme.

My guessing it relates to the fact that when I installed new JIRA I didn't have Task issue.

How can I solve this Matter?

Thanks,

Ayelet.

The description of the problem makes me think something is broken.  The task issue type missing should be irrelevant, although it does suggest that your installation went wrong because it should always be there on a new system (you actively have to rename or delete it after a clean install if you want rid of it)

What does the log file say when you try these actions?  Are there other administrative actions that fail?
