Hi,
I imported 2 project that we have in BitBucket, this created that I had 2 users (the Atlasssian one and the BitBucket one), so in order to be left with only 1 user I deleted the Atlasssian user and left with the BitBucket user (because it was connected to all the tickets that I imported form BitBucket).
But now I have a user that has "undefined" in is email address.
When I try to edit this user in order to add an email address to it I get the following error message:
"Unfortunately you cannot rename yourself."
But I'm NOT trying to change my username at all.
Please help me

I've already seen this issue before and I'm afraid that it can only be fixed by directly updating the database. Since you're a Cloud user, I'd suggest you to raise a ticket at support.atlassian.com so we can take a look at it.
