can not access the jira via https

i update my jira configuration, make it accessed through https.

here is my issue:

on jira server, i can access jira via https://xxxxxxxxx:8443.

also, it will auto redirect to https://xxxxxxxxx:8443 if i type in http://localhost:8080

however, when i want to visit it via local lan, it always fail.

i have confirmed the http 8080 port of the jira server is ok.

hope somebody help me.

Hi Gao,

I doubt if this is the case of certificate but most proably a network or antivirus issue. I will suggest that you try to disable any firewall or antivirus. Also try to use different browsers such firefox.

i turn off the firewall. it can be accessed.

Hi Gao,

Is there any stack trace thrown when you try to access your instance on LAN? Provide us with part of the logs

i'm suspecting, does it caused by the self-create certification.
