Hi Uday,

field level security is not possible with Jira out of the box. There is a jira issue for that: 

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-1330

but it is closed as "Won't fix".

However, there are some workarounds described there and there are also plugins on the marketplace:

• https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.coresoftlabs.secure-fields.secure-fields/server/overview
• https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.quisapps.jira.jfs/server/overview

There may be other plugins as well, but I didn't try any of them.

But sorry i can't reach that what you are said.

Particular group can access the Custom field and Issue attributies with out using pulg-in.

But I am sorry, without using a plugin, it is not possible to enable this kind of security in Jira.
