can any one suggest me how to create an account in nanoporetech.atlassian.net to access the minION(minKNOW) forum?

HI ,

i'm new to this page. actually i tried to open an account in nanoporetech.atlassian.net to access the forum of minION sequencing system, (minKNOW) but there i've been directed to contact JIRA administrators to open my account. Could anyone please help me to sortout this issue? thanks in advance.

Yes, you need to contact YOUR JIRA administrators.

That url points to a Cloud Atlassian (Jira/confluence/etc) installation which is owned by, well, um, whoever owns it.  If you're asking for access to it, then presumably, you are working for or with the owners of it, and you should really know are they are.

We are a community of end-users like yourself.  We have no access to your systems, and even less knowledge about who your administrators might be.
