I'm looking for help with a dashboard issue. When first logging dashboard contains no data and the drop-down menu options (Dashboard, Projects, Issue) have no options under them. I can only create a new issue. Upon playing around I found I could temporarily access everything be clicking through 'My Jira Home' options under my personal icon, but Jira keeps defaulting back to the blank dashboard and blocking access each time.
Any ideas? (Thanks)
Do you have OnDemand? If so, I would contact support because it is not something that you can resolve I think. You can try full reindex, not sure if that would help, though.
If you have installed version, I suspect you did an upgrade/migration or restore? You might have to do it again.
