The Average time in status gadget which we have added to our dashboard gives us incorrect details. For example, an issue which was created and closed (after resolution) within 24 hours shows shows that it was in 'Open' status for 91hrs and in 'Resolved' status for 128hrs
Is there anything else we need to add to the issues to get the proper report? I have already added 'Time in Status' field.
