This isn't available in JSD, but you can keep track of this feature request and have a look at suggested workarounds:

You can use the addParticipants action from Service Desk Command Line Interface. This action can be used in a CLI Post Function from Run CLI Actions in JIRA. The post function can be conditioned to only be active depending on various conditions based on the issue being transitioned.
