- Apply schemes

- Modify Custom field values (context setting)

Hi Gary,

Project creation including (exisiting) schemes and permissions have a look at the Bob Swift Jira CLI.

Boards and Dashboards are a little bit more complicated because there is a need of filters and gadgets.
But you can create Filters and Boards with the CLI.
